Designed prototypes of enclosures for a particulate matter measurement device. The device will be used to measure air quality in manufacturing environments. My tasks included creating functional prototypes, developing instant swapping mechanism, industrial designs & mock-ups, maintaining BOM, creating detailed CAD models of PCB components using engineering drawings & spec sheets, performing basic stack-up analysis, and creating a detailed design document.
